Amazing, thanks Sudoer! Good to know. It was more differences when accessing Pocket Concierge via Google vs Amex then searching for keyword 'Osaka' for example that triggered the difference. It might just be an IT thing rather than an eligibility thing I believe.

Thanks for the information about Pocket Concierge, that's incredibly useful and means my 2024 credit won't go to waste as I'll be in Japan in March 2025. Depending on how I access the Pocket Concierge site the list of restaurants seems to filter down - just confirming any restaurant on Pocket...

I had the same issue redeeming the code. Rang through and they acknowledged they can't get it to work either so they created a new order for just the Champagne at nil dollars.

Thanks to the above posters for the input, apologies for not acknowledging it sooner. In the end Qantas cancelled the direct LAX to MEL flight and we were moved to the LAX to MEL via SYD the next day so there was no need to test. Oh boy, transiting via Sydney airport, that was something else...

I just rang to follow up the Mr Porter credit not being applied and the consultant arranged to have it manually applied. Hopefully they get it sorted out for future credits.

Mine also says MPORTER MILAN and no credit as yet. It's going to be a pain and a bit of a disincentive to use in the future if this is going to be an ongoing benefit.
