Anyone have any idea if Cathay lounge is open at CDG yet?

Declaration required if recently travelled to a country with a monkeypox outbreak! We thought it a rather strange announcement!

Just flew CX Sydney - Hong Kong - Paris with a 90minute stop over in HK. No C-19 issues, just concerns re monkeypox. CX service on both legs was woeful. Food was good. Pier first class not open yet but Pier business has a roped off area for Emeralds etc. both champagnes were good🥂😁
