Of course Berlin. Personally i rate Accor and Hilton above Hyatt and IHG - but that’s based on my personal useage

I reviewed our stay at this Hyatt a few posts ago. Totally agree with your cons list Berlin. House keeping only every second day and no turn down service because of “COVID”

physical cards started being issued last month - wife and son-in-law both got their Gold cards a few weeks ago

LTG has been a great back up. Trying Virgin more lately and due to Singapore’s recent offer Gold without flying (though booked to suites sydney to Singapore and return on points - thanks Citi). Happy to suggest look for status elsewhere and see if it suits your lifestyle
