what is considered a major schedule change? I've just had what the OP describes happen to me: a flight changed from to an earlier time on the same day (from the same departure airport), with no ticket re-issued.

All I have is a booking reference (and of course e-ticket #) on the Qantas ticket (booked through them on AA metal). That's all I see unless I'm missing something? I can seat select if I log into FMB on Royal Jordanian. When navigating to manage my booking through the QF website, it states...

I've booked a US domestic economy reward seat on AA using Qantas points, but can't find out where (or if) I can prepay for checked baggage. Or can this only be paid at airport check-in?

Not a dumb question, RF88. The AA flight is at the perfect time of day, but yes, I would certainly consider United/Delta (but would ideally want a direct flight).

I have found 2 x business (or first) domestic award seats within the US on American Airlines for March 2023, and need 140k AA points to book them. The same award seats aren't available through Qantas, so I assume that I can't use QF points to book them. How can I obtain the AA points required...

This re-imbursement (if you can call it that) has been in place prior to the pandemic. Have received this multiple times taking flights outside of lounge hours open. Even tried to redeem vouchers for Starbucks merchandise and received the same response.

At least I can put to good use the zillion pairs of sneakers I now have on these exercise offers lol Have to admit though, i know a few people who would jump at this Peloton offer.

I find it hard to believe that in all the years this forum has been operating, we've had no ex employee (or friend of a friend) who can verify anything about how AMEX approach these issues.
