Actually they still do. Firstly, type "Fico" under the search function (Where the magnifying glass icon is at the top of the page) after that, click on the first link you see (i think it is called "Check your Fico score summary").

Did you try and open this account from Australia ? If so, you will encounter problems as BofA (And pretty much all the other major banks) require non residents to go into a branch in person if they want to open a bank account or credit card.

You can change the TX address to the Californian one for both the residential and mailing address, coz the last time i checked, it was not recognised as a mail forwarding address by both the USPS zip lookup site and Cap 1. I know some of the US Globalmail addresses are like this too.
