Do guests need a same day itinerary with Virgin?

I have an issue with Velocity posting the despatch date rather than the sale date for my Onsport purchase, thereby disqualifying it for the Christmas promotion. It has been with the relevant 'team' for weeks now. No response so far :(

I'm still confused by this... where do we post with free vouchers etc?

Quick question about transferring points between family members. My son earned 2,600 points recently on a flight to HK and we thought we could transfer to me. But, there is a 5,000 point minimum requirement. Thinking I would transfer points to son's account to bring it over 5,000 than transfer...

Happy Hour question! They often have 10% off Virgin Holidays, does this apply to hotel only bookings? Virgin sent me a birthday email with $25 off a $250 spend with Virgin Hotels. Difficult to spend as their hotel prices aren't particularly competitive. Wondering if I can do better...

I just checked with Velocity customer service and yes it needs to be a fuel transaction . Going to be some unhappy people when their points don’t eventuate!

I feel that if it didn't specify 'BP Fuel' in the T&C of the email you would be entitled to think shop purchases would be included.

It says BP Fuel... does this mean buying a drink from the shop doesn't count?

Hi all. We messed up with the FlyBuys :( and can't find his plastic Velocity card. So far, have eStore, Wilsons, Sendle and Onsport. Any suggestions for a final partner purchase that doesn't require the plastic? I guess we're looking at Skybus or Midas?
