Wow... And I couldn't think my experience could have been worse! I left it out of mine but I had the same experience of CM taking 1A/C then preparing, 1D/F then preparing... Definitely agree that really slowed things down. I submitted feedback that night and still haven't heard back yet.

11/26 days in the last month VA807 the 0630 MEL-SYD has been cancelled.

VA878, scheduled 1830 SYD-MEL, she mentioned to row 1 there is 2 pasta dishes and Spag Bol was definitely one she said to them.

Is there a spaghetti bolognese dish too? Overheard the CSM telling row 1 this but didn't offer it to us in row 2.

I forgot to mention she ended up speaking to row 3 for over 5min after telling us there wasn't enough time for a PDB... There certainly will be feedback provided, new J which was great but the service was certainly a let down. 1850 seated. 1929 seatbelt sign off 1944 order taken 1946 first...

VA878 SYD-MEL tonight. Braised beef brisket with jasmine rice and bok choy, this was really good and would happily have it again! Pretty disappointed in the CSM tonight actually, she skipped the pre departure beverage and it took 54min from being seated to get a drink, is this normal?

Agreed, I had a negative experience at MEL with lack of priority check-in and boarding. Got 5k Velocity points as compensation.

VA337 MEL-BNE. Mustard chicken was really good, was told by CSM that Archie Rose gin is not available in Business? (my normal order) is this a new thing or have I been lucky with CSMs?

I used Samsung's internet browser in incognito to get it to load earlier - just tried again and it is now not loading yet was a couple hours ago (make sure you use http:// not https:// as per the instructions)

I was able to find flights BNE-MEL return and PER-MEL return (yes I had to login)
