Yes. Had success getting 2 x J seats released on both YVR>SYD and LAX>SYD at a later date as we got closer to departure. Just left the booking there in escrow and called up and asked the operator to send it back through the droid. It never hurts to keep asking.

I haven’t had to call in a while, but 12 mins seems like a while when you’re WP. When I have had to call recently I’ve always had a call centre that’s not NZ or AUS, but they have always been able to action my requests unlike a few years ago when you only hoped to get through to Hobart.

I used mine last week in LAX and they allowed my companion through without a card… which surprised me. Will get to test it out in CHN, HKG and TWN in June later this year.

Are they still issuing physical cards? I assume your digital card will just get a new expiry and the physical card just lapse?

2 x F Seats released on QF11 on 18 and 19 March next year. (So theoretically that's 4!). EF was showing A8. Ended up taking the 19th flight, and tacking on the domestic connecting flight in J.

I checked yesterday and CHN was nowhere to be seen. Logged in this morning and it has now appeared. Just waiting on Russia and Vietnam for pre-clearance. 17 out of 19 economies now appear on my card. It’s about 4.5 months since initial approval to now.
