I have not had a problem with getting my wife and 2 daughters (14 and 10) into the lounge. I am WP, so domestic QPs I get 2 guests anyway, but have also managed to get them all in to the MEL FLounge and the LAX TBIT Interim J Lounge (both times when flying Y).
