Once logged in click on your card account, then look to the long list of options under "Account actions" to the bottom-left. Note, that's on the desktop, not sure if same options are available on the mobile.

update: noticed in the app that the fee rebate posted to the account before the second statement; upon logging in could see the 120k allocated, would imagine they will sweep with the next (second) statement. all in all good experience with anz apart from the assessment dept call centre

i got nothing despite enrolling, receiving confirmation email from paypal and spending... on a second thought that card attached to paypal has now been cancelled so may be that's the reason :rolleyes:

it's billed on the first statement as two items: annual fee ($370) plus reward program fee ($55) note, my first statement arrived approx 2 weeks after activation hence i only hit the min spend in the 2nd statement and still waiting for the rebate

Just had my first statement, it was issued on anniversary of card approval. Wasn't a surprise to me as i called them after activating to confirm what the statement date was on my account. Recommend you do the same.

Shame. I was able to avoid account closure back in the days and still use the account as my main transaction account. Never minded a few extra points every month and I quite like the app, lightweight and fairly functional. I guess i'll keep using it, this enhancement although annoying is not...

contacted amex today to remind that their self-imposed 9th January timeframe has passed, got confirmed that T&Cs were met and request got escalated, was told it will be another 7-10 business days. Very poor form from amex on this one.

I've personally done QFF card then RTA with anz concurrently in the past, wife done QFF with active RTA just this month, but havent got the points yet. Plenty of evidence elsewhere that anz treat QFF, RTA and rewards as three separate streams, make the most of it while you can i say.

With only 1000 points the math is marginal. In saying that, i will probably still get a few to go towards the min spend on one of the cards.
