Over the years I have had many and varied responses from QF regarding OW redemption trip itin. as to why they do not comply, things like, you cant leave your country of residence twice, you have to travel in one direction, but the best was yesterday and I had an itinerary that I needed to check...

You are quite correct, but I have had success in changing dates of future sectors after some sectors have been flown, as often they don't go back into the original routing/rules to check how the change would effect the...

No problems in not flying the last sector, but after you have flown all the other sectors ring QF and ask to change the date of the last sector to AKL and they may charge you an $80 fee but the date can be moved out to not...
Just checking, if you are a P1, when did you get your DSC offer, and what were the periods of "validity"
I have been P1 for over 18 months and have not had a sniff of one yet.
re: "oneworld" award (140K/280K/420K) Planning - The Definitive Thread
I have done several itineries with 4 crossings of the Pacific, ie return to Santiago and return to LAX ( all in the one ticket) with a 6 month break in between, its just a matter of complying with the rules and not accepting...
re: "oneworld" award (140K/280K/420K) Planning - The Definitive Thread
For the "ultimate F experience" maybe SYD-LAX (QF) LAX-JFK (AA or QF) JFK-HKG (CX) HKG-LHR (BA) LHR-DXB (QF) DXB-SYD (QF), comes in at 34,864 according to QF but is 34,930 on GCM, changing MEL for SYD puts it over at 35,059...

I would like to put together a 35,000 miles OW redemption in F, does anyone have some ideas that will gain the most F experience, not fussed about the routing?
Just received an email from a mate who advised that when he logged on QFF E Store, headline said he had 1,000,000 points to spend, I just logged on myself and guess what, I also have 1,000,000 to spend, what to do?
Presently P1, due to expire towards the end of the year, will definitely soft land to WP but have some trips planned after renewal that will get me to P1 again, and the benefit is I will get the extra 12 months so nearly 2 years out of it, due to having to soft land next renewal.
I wonder what would happen in the following case, a U ticket was booked prior to 30th June for travel in say November and in July there was a requirement to change the date of travel, but there are no more U class, do you think QF would move the date? ( or would you be stuck and have to cancel...
I think that's OK, so a booking could be made on say 27th June 2014 (subject to availability) for travel on say 3rd June 2015, and the points and SC would be credited after the flight, although I am not sure if they would be rewarded with "the old" or "new" points but the SC calculation is...
