Currently on CX A350 KIX-HKG in J and was told by one of the cabin crew that as I have a window seat I can't have my carry on tote bag stowed under the footrest in front. This is new. The lady in front was also asked to put her small handbag above too. But there was no issue when we flew MEL-HKG.
