Had a go around pretty late in the piece landing into SYD last month, East-west runway. Gave me a second opportunity for some beautiful views over Bondi and the heads.

Have seen a few P1s with top 5% I would say that’s as low as it goes.

Reply same for me too 1%. It’s only counting QF flight numbers I think so totals and km less than half of what I have actually flown. If the P1s earned 11 million SC then assuming everyone just scraped in there would only be 3000 of us.

An average kind of year for me. Not my highest but ok for me 251,414km (14d and 8h, 6.3 x RTW) 66 flights 30 Airports 8 Airlines 47% flights delayed with 37hrs lost to delays. Maintained P1 and BA Gold, another 18K SC required for LTP.

You will need a lounge pass for the 8 year old. I assume you are flying on a QF code on the EK flight. You could turn up without one and risk it but be prepared for them to turn you away. Lounge passes do not cover bringing in children with you. Each child must also have a pass.

I think they close the QF Club when it’s quiet on weekend mornings, Have seen this at PER, BNE also on Sundays and they direct everyone to the Business lounge. The refurbed QF Club at ADL opened before the J lounge this year.

It reverted back to Champers in 2024 so hopefully stays that way.

I’m pretty sure the QF Club was open last week when I went through ADL. I was in the J lounge.

You will be fine. No issues accessing BA lounges at LHR as OWE on QF or any other OW airline.
