Which is why it was good that you used to be able to cancel that one way outbound sector but still keep the $0 inbound sector.
Now if I try to cancel the outbound sector the system is forcing me to also cancel the $0 inbound sector.
I am Qantas Platinum.
If I am flying economy on Cathay Pacific (CX code) out of Melbourne on the midnight departure am I correct that I won't have lounge access other than the Qantas lounge which closes at 10pm?
How many status nights do you have? If you have at least 30 then you can buy another 30 from ALL Plus China.
If you already have Accor Plus you cannot join Ibis and Voyageur anyway. It wont let you.
i think it is either
a) the coupon allocation has sold out
b) IT error
if its the latter then maybe their IT team will fix it when they get back to work on Monday morning brazil time

Everyone's different but I would choose option 2, let my parents enjoy the lounge while I use the (probably high) guest fee by splurging on food and drink outside of the hotel.
Why take the risk at all? It doesn't make the 30 days any shorter. By all accounts Velocity is refunding all stolen points. The hacker likely already has the money. The poor victim who paid them will just be stranded at the airport.
When Velocity investigates and sees that you touched that booking then they might conclude that you were involved with that booking and that there was no fraud after all.
They seem to have a large customer base who keeps coming back for more. They are doing something right whatever that is.
I'm surprised Booking or Expedia haven't bought them out yet.
I concur that Pullman is not worth what they are charging. It's a nice hotel but you can do much better for a lot less, especially if you won't be in the hotel much as you will be out sightseeing.
You type in your details on a tablet. A staff member presses buttons on her computer and the computer chooses your prize which shows up on a big monitor. I got a tote bag as did the person before me. The bag is not worth the effort.
This deal seems like a good use of the $50 wine voucher for the non wine drinkers.
$9 out of pocket for 2500 points.
Also gets you a Green Tier leaf.
