Here is a comparison table. Without knowing how many nights at each places, this is simply an example. How do we know OP is staying in Paris for 2 nights?
You are free to book with whoever you like and wherever you like 😀
Was simply pointing out there are good deals out there similar to Amex FHR.
Depends on what hotels you book, many Sofitel, SO, Mondrain, Mgallery Collection, Hyde, 25 Hours or similar offers have 3rd or 4th night free under Accor HERA. This usually workout out the best value.
The executive lounge view at Swissôtel Singapore is indeed stunning, but the drinks are self-serve with fairly standard spirits. It’s not quite the same as enjoying a $30+ coughtail made to order by a skilled bartender. Personally, I’d rather pick up a ready-to-drink option from 7-Eleven, which...
Putting the executive lounge aside, I would recommend Fairmont as the best option in terms of pricing and overall experience.
Fairmont and Swissôtel are located right next to each other, both with direct access to a large shopping mall that includes a food court. Mondrian offers stylish rooms...
SYD to SIN in economy is AP$550 (+130 taxes). Business would be AP$1100 (plus taxes) and that's if you can find availability on SQ business via Airpoints redemption portal.
Just returned from Shanghai for 3 nights and stayed at Mandarin Oriental Pudong (east of the river). Third night free made it even more affordable. Regent Pudong would be a good option if wanting to stay under IHG.

Thank you for your kind works @I love to travel

Noted the AFF rules. Happy to share tips as always 😊

I'd be interested to know if the hotel will guaranteed and upgrade the room at time of booking. I am also a Virtuoso and COUTURE by Langham agent and it will most likely be subject to availability is my guess.
The Virtuoso agent is offering a confirmed room upgrade at time of booking?
I thought room upgrades are subject to availability upon arrival. This includes COUTURE by Langham rates with perks.
I don’t choose where to stay based on points or tier status — I choose the property that best fits the destination and the experience I’m after. Not all Sofitels or InterContinentals are created equal, and some of the exceptional hotels like Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons don’t even follow...
