The room I had booked was already a club room so I did have access to the club - if not I would have requested that instead of the rate reduction.

Hi bass_ke, I'm not sure about the IC Wellington, but when I stayed at the IC Sydney a few months back, there were no room types above the room I booked. Instead, they offered me a rate reduction of $100/night.

One of my friends recently flew QF SYD-LHR. She hardly ever flies and hasn't even bothered to sign up for the FF program. At check in she got upgraded from Y to J. Any reason why that would have happened?

How long does it normally take for the points to be awarded? I dined at Wildfire in Sydney on the 1st of September and am still waiting on the points.
