Flew Mel>SYd>Mel today, after the return leg got the bonus 100SC, was surprised came through so quickly. came in handy to remain Gold for another year.

Received the same offer and also had travel credit that needed to be used by Dec 31. Ended up booking MEL > SYD in J and then back on a Choice fare to get to 70SC. Was hoping the double status credits would double the 100 bonus as well hahaha wishful thinking hey.

Now they just need to enable the same view for international flights

Joing the club of having the same issue. Statement received last week, rewards status shows active but nothing has come across to Velocity. At least they have acknowledged it and hopefully we see something come through by the next statement cycle.

Off the top of my head you could tick a box to say you had a physical copy. If your not going to check-in online though and doing at the counter, I would imagine print out of certificate would be fine.
