I'm booked on QF62 NRT-BNE in early June. I do not expect to be travelling on it as NRT is essential. (I have a backup booking from NRT on MH.)

I'm gunna keep as I don't use it for QF points, mainly SQ, and the $199 fee is not over the top.

I received a monthly statement over the weekend. After a really close look I can see no such notification (as yet).

Qantas give large corporates entities get 20% or more discount off fares; I guess Virgin do as well ... but as you indicated ... sticky ...

Goodness! What does that make Qantas' 737 Domestic Business 'service' comparable to; which in my honest opinion is generally inferior to Virgin Australia's? RyanAir?
