Wasn't a great lounge in truth. Limited seating, awful air conditioning. Staff are lovely but not the best experience.

Sydney lounge was filthy last Saturday to the point I emailed Virgin customer relations. Crumbs everywhere, tissues wedged in seats. Compared to the Melbourne lounge which clearly had some effort put into its appearance.

VA 875 6pm Melbourne to Sydney last night. Southern Fried Chicken. This wasn't good while the Chicken wasn't entirely dry, there was next to zero seasoning and an odd cheese sauce. No better than a microwave meal.

You should be fine to cancel one guest subject to the fare conditions.

Spiced Chicken on VA 834 Sydney to Melbourne at 11am. Pretty decent but could have used a bit more of a kick and yogurt.

Virgin definitely need to speak with the GDS to ensure all is in sync it seems. Especially for a brand new booking.
