Thanks for that! Yep minimums were met. Had a 1hr35minute layover in ADL VA217 connecting to ZL4366 I made a claim with VA to cover the change fee as we had to rebook our ZL flights to ZL4388 After VA217 was over 2 hours late arriving into ADL They basically came back and said too bad so sad :(
