For a total noob to point upgrades, is there any strategy in choosing whether to apply for a W vs J upgrade on QF7? Would be happy with either, but would prefer whichever has a higher probability that staying in Y 😂 QF Gold for what it’s worth.

It wasn't accessible for me, but I would say 80% of the accounts I had access to had flights within the next week or so (and were coming up in the Home page), which feels far higher than the population average would be.

Definitely an ongoing issue. I was just able to access someone’s boarding pass for a flight departing in a few hours.

What's interesting is that it appears to only be the 'Home' tab impacted. If I go to 'My QFF', the details are showing correctly as my own.
