    On the other hand MH and SQ is 14kg but the current SQ operation of seat belt sign might mean the baby is out of the bassinet more than it is in AA is 9kg.

    I think @MEL_Traveller meant that an infant can still be in a non bulkhead seat. It is quite possible to find an infant in ANY economy seat - they are not restricted to a bulkhead bassinet seat. Note there are rules regarding eligibility for infant bassinet. They have to be under 11 kg and...
