How did you submit US premier account? I've setup an AU one just 3 days ago. HSBC chat said to login to the US premier site with my AU details, but that doesnt work so I'm stumped. Dont have a R.M etc as yet so flying blind

bit late to the party it seems and they are adding more hoops to jump through ;) applied amex hilton card via G.T 3-4wks ago. then got hit up needing a "real address" and now a utlity bill or bank statements. just applied for a HSBC premier last weekend & transferred in the funds.

No PJs in J on SQ. Only in F.

Never had any issues with noise or otherwise everytime we've stayed at the cheaper old wing.

yeah they are good too. solo rooms have a shared bathroom, if you care about that. i ended up going to the lounge for a shower after staying in the solo room. double & family rooms have dedicated ensuite

Just stayed at ambassador transit hotel a couple of weeks ago for 6hrs. Was great. Just don't expect windows in your room. After a excellent nap and shower I headed into town for some meetings

not many other options around from what I can see and i think they know that, hence this nonchalant attitude
