Was able to get the suite upgrade extended by 3 months from today as a one time courtesy. I was told longer could not be done. If you ask for the same I suggest waiting until the absolute last day to request this, as it seems to make it 3 months from day of extension, not current expiry date + 3...

10x again here. Curious that there are only 5 product boosters this week. I rarely shop based on them, but usually there's at least 10. Perhaps it's getting harder to convince manufacturers to fund them

It just said something like promotion invalid and then had a space to add a promo code. I had recently signed up to the bonus nights promo (stay 10 get 20) so perhaps they prohibited stacking?

Absolutely, call and request a full refund. This error works in your favour! I would ask them to escalate return of the points & surcharges because "you want to use the points for another booking very soon". Might help get the amounts back quicker.
