Big jump from 400 points for $40 to 600 points for $70 for Mrs excel, plus the usual garbage 100 points for $10 on various categories. Better than the nothing that I got, but still. Coles 4*$50 is effectively 2500 points for $50. Woolies at under a quarter of that value with these offers

Glad to report that Mrs excel has now earned the 20sc for cards and banking thanks to opening a new sniip account and paying 3x bills totalling over $1k to earn the 2k bonus points the offer for doing so.

Shouldn't be an issue, but the best call or email exchange to any call centre is the one you didn't have to have. So if there's a way to save that pain, I'd take it every time!

Noticed when considering this and the platinum card that there's been an unexpected jump in points, currently showing 90k year 1, 60k year 2, with discounted annual fee in year 1 of $200 + $75 rewards fee (0.3c/p). in year one, the platinum at 70k/(99+75) is slightly better at 0.25c/p. If stick...
