Huh? Row 2 is not a bulkhead. Assume you mean row 1. The advantage is wider footwells for feet for more comfy sleep. Also there is a small tray under the monitor that can be yseful for small items. Possibly some galley noise though far more work happens in the galley area closer to row row 7...
