Yes and No. At certain times, the lounge 'reserves' the far end section of the end dining area (adjacent to the spa entrance) for CL, P1 and F. The lounge knows the peak travel times and thus the velvet ropes go from being "Don't come into this bit we aren't using it" to "Dont come into this...
