    I noticed the plat concierge benefit isn’t on the website any more (tickets for shows, restaurants bookings etc) is gone. Amex also confirmed this over the phone (now available only to Centurion) Has there been an announcement? Or any communication about this?

    If I book this one, and on the way to Aus I dont take the MEL - BNE segment, will they cancel my return ticket to Europe? And will I have to fly from MEL to BNE just to fly back BNE to MEL?

    In *theory* you could pay yourself (or related busines) then record it as refund and pay back the amount via bank transfer. The risk with paying yourself is 1. ATO 2. (not sure if mentioned) is GST, which you cant claim back so makes it pretty expensive I never tried the above or advocating it...

    I have a few flights planned in business and first class with my recently turned 2 year old. She will have her own seat but what happens during take off and landing? Particularly when flying Emirates, Etihad and Singapore? Can I have her in my lap?
