I cancelled my Qantas Ultimate yesterday, spoke to an Australian voice. Was thankful for my business, but no attempt to retain at all and look forward to me becoming a customer again one day.
I had the same last week. I called the service desk, they said it had something to do with phishing attack and my account was identified.
Took a few days to get unlocked, but called again, and it working now.
Had a very similar experience when being fast tracked. I used the in-app contact us to initiate a conversation and then was met with ”you haven’t met the requirements of staying 2-nights for 2 stays”
