    Sorry if I could just hijack this thread for a moment. Im flying LA807 direct from Santiago to Sydney, it seems it's operated by Qantas, but on LAN codeshare hence the flight number. Would I be better off in terms of taxes, in flying the SCL -> AKL -> SYD route on LAN metal instead?? I wonder...
