i just did this, confirmed over phone we wouldn't lose and he said no. Membership rewards of new spend posted yesterday maybe a few days after activating the green card. I chatted yesterday and they said 48hrs for the platinum card rewards to transfer across. Will update if any issues.

Hi all, looking to use a stay plus in the city during a sat in school holidays, looks like Sofitel Darling harbour is not available so keen to hear what is the next best with only Silver status. We do have a free breakfast for 2 coupon which we can use for breakfast.

did you receive an approval email already? It could be a request to call them to verify your name, i had to upload passport and bank statement for P2. as mentioned, you should have 25 free scans per month so just request this before sending. usually takes a couple of hours for them to scan but...

i don't see how they could, i doubt they would know if you even took the trip yet. Actually, i just cancelled my card still have a trip booked with the 10% off and no impact to booking from what i can see.

it doesn't work that way, Luxury escapes either refunds the 4th night or charges you the net amount after subtracting it. If you look at the booking it will show the total minus the partially refunded amount. When you cancel you just receive the remaining balance. easy example of you stayed 4...

i actually went with the Hilton free card for P2 and will either do hilton free or Green card for myself in a few months. Reason being i want a good cheap/free first card which i can keep indefinitely, hopefully assisting with credit scores.

thanks, quick question does your HSBC statement contain your Apt or Suite number? Mine does not but not sure if it matters.
