I wouldn't call that a good result at all. No sleep all night and back on a work day and late for work? VA had the ability to rebook him via QF and chose not to. There was no flexibility from VA here.

Wow... And I couldn't think my experience could have been worse! I left it out of mine but I had the same experience of CM taking 1A/C then preparing, 1D/F then preparing... Definitely agree that really slowed things down. I submitted feedback that night and still haven't heard back yet.
