Does anyone actually like the spanakopita?

QF611 BNE-MEL Best breakfast in the sky. The bean salsa thing was a hit. Bacon juicy, mushrooms perfect. Mrs NAILZ loved the bagel. Incredibly all the flights taken on QF, Scoot, Bangkok Airways and Finnair on the recent trip were all on time. Menu FYI for QF296 (Finnair) PE BKK-SYD

QF35 MEL-SIN New Menu Tasting plate was average. Requested the dumplings but apparently only 3 meals were loaded. Lemon chicken which was lovely. Spanakopita was disappointing. Kindly offered some dumpling from economy. Very nice.

Thanks drron. We fly back BA16 in a couple of weeks. Will give SATS a go. If it works out all good. Welcome home, even though its hot, very hot.

QF544 BNE to SYD Options were lemon chicken with potatoes or a salmon salad. Both were nice.

QF742 ADL to SYD 14/01/24. Great flight. Left early and arrived early. PDB was water Options were Tomato and Basil soup, ham cheese and tomato Turkish bread toasty or a cheese platter. Shaw and Smith Sav Blanc.

So to clarify, if I have only hand luggage and check in online there is no requirement to go to the check in counter? This will then allow me to use the lounges all day.
