Personally I am happy enough to revert to one world ops when at Bali and route Bali-Europe-Bali with one world on a cheaper biz fare. I would be grateful however with the added bonus of flying VA between PER and Bali and grabbing some status credit and points on that route as my "feeder" and...

The older config. With the divider definitely gives appearance and feel of more leg room . The middle seats are not great but window and aisle are ok although I have experienced middle pax leg spread unfortunately on the new. As plat and if in Y, I still think window and aisle ok for row 3 but...

The middle seats in Row 3 on the newer ones are pretty pants. I would not give them any money for that seat!!

Last night between MEL and PER I actually was able to watch "live tennis" on my phone without to much annoyance. Spooling did happen regularly but only for a few seconds on each occasion.

TBF to VA, a couple of.times the CSD has actually said to biz pax that they were going down the back but to call if required. Also on one recent sector they sent to the front one of the others who were down down the back...who subsequently did a fine job! 😁

As a result of my complaint, I have received quite a reasonable and sincere apology and 15,000 points. Hope they also discussed the matter with the CSD!

Bid 145 dollars from PER to MEL today not successful. Even at that price it's not worth it...🤭

The recognition of platinum does not bother me either really. .but upgrading a "pal" when plenty of other seats available well .he could have said to others with Platinum ..just take it. It's the abysmal service that gets me...bad CSD ..coughpy rest of them.as it gets harder to reach the dizzy...

Had a VA flight from Kalgoorlie to Perth earlier in the week. Probably one of the worst for quite a while. Despite the boards being displayed for priority boarding and general, not used, one announcement, free for all, mad scrum. No WiFi onboard the 737 700. No real apology. CSD was useless...

Certainly a free for all on the flights of Qantas and Virgin Aus yesterday late afternoon from Kalgoorlie. No priority announcement by any...scramble at gates. Hope the QF flight was better than the VA one...rubbish crew, rubbish service. 😩It was pathetic.
