    I phoned the Qantas office again and now have a reference number and have been advised to follow up after 5 business days if I haven’t had an email confirming the QP has been reissued to the correct full value.

    Thanks for your response. Nothing in my email relating to Transaction notification. I thought I may have been hacked and someone else used the Pass but I would expect that to show up on the transaction record. Mystery.

    Has anyone had a problem where there Qantas Pass balance had reduced when they have never used it and there is no transaction record if it ever being used? When first issued, my QP had a balance of approx $A3000 and now it’s $A100. No one I’ve spoken to at Qantas can explain why or tell me...
