Thanks - I reached out to Oman Air's Sydney office yesterday and left a message but given it's the holidays it might take them a few days to get back to me. I'm unable to log into Oman Air's website as it won't recognize the Aeroplan PNR and there's no separate PNR on the form for Oman Air.
