Same as drron above, I've had the same plane/crew when going PER-MEL-SYD or something similar (booked like that to get more sectors rather than going non-stop).

The media release from Virgin last Friday really hyped up the 'cashless cruise' and 'no cash required to book' angle, so it should be points only. Airlines would usually mention fees and taxes in the T&C's if they are applicable.

It's a leased plane (unsure which one, but I read previously it was Philippine Airlines A330. Those flying in AirAsiaX Flatbed get a proper lie-flat Business Class seat!

It appears the Business rewards are being drip-fed. i.e. on some routes, you book one and another appears shortly after. Can't get two at the same time. But there's no guarantee another seat will appear as someone may have already booked the first one.

There needs to be 'N' class availability in domestic Economy to request seats. Unfortunately, there are also a few more Red e-Deal fares above 'N' class so looking for that on the website is not a reliable indicator. None of the SYD-CBR flights on 4 June have 'N' Class at the moment.

I am waiting for the Android app. Until then, I use the free version on my partner's iPhone for the nice graphics and tracking.
