Great. Thanks for the advice! Peace of mind to know costs are refundable with a points hit on cancel. Booking in two phases to secure early flights so will need to ring anyhow so the extra slot isn’t too much of an issue. Sounds like phoning is Russian roulette but is what it is. RTW123
