The couldn't even rise to match QF. I and many others I'm sure would switch over quickly if it was the same effort to qualify for QF as then you get the benefits of Oneworld membership + lounge access on international flights etc etc. vs Virgin's complete mess of international partnerships.

Partner Airline devaluation (both earning & redemption) is really disappointing. Virgin already has a weak network by not being in an alliance. Having no partners for intra-Europe flights, no lounge access with ANA, United on domestic flights etc. If I'm going to have to spend more/fly more...

I can understand why they would get rid of the physical divider in order to fit an additional row, however I am surprised they haven't put something else in (e.g. small curtain like many European airlines have in their cabins). Having a physical reminder that it is a different class would make...
