Nope, when I upgraded I retained the same limit as previously, even though it's below the minimum of the new card. Never bothered requesting anything higher as I don't need it.

I think I've mentioned this before. When I applied for my card it never turned up - Australia Post had it but weren't delivering it. Called Amex and they got a replacement out to me next day via DHL.

Do these changes apply to the Signature card with Velocity too? Or just the plain Signature card. The NAB website is a mess and I can't work it out.

This approach really coughs me. I did a survey recently via another platform where I spent 10 minutes answering questions, only to be knocked out with no reward. Also made a complaint and was told "too bad". If you can't screen people within 5 questions, you're doing it wrong.

I haven't, as I really didn't think it was an ApplePay issue in itself. One of the places I've had problems at was actually the very first place I tried to pay with Amex when I got the card. That said, I'll try that and see how it goes.

In my case, all the terminals will happily accept ApplePay with non-Amex cards, or their physical counterparts. It's just the ApplePay Amex that's the issue.

I have my Amex card set up in ApplePay. Works well most of the time. However, I've found that it's been rejected by the POS terminal at some regular places I go to. The sports club, my doctor, etc. All of whom say "yeah, we should take Amex". Terminal says no. I give up and put it on a Visa...

That seems a bit odd. It was a good entry level card for someone who wanted the basic rewards and benefits without all the extras. Wonder if they'll replace it with something else?
