I am a VA Gold Card holder and I am booked on a PER-SIN-SUR flight with a substantial layover in Changi. I am aware that I should have access to the KrissFlyer lounges but does it matter if my ticket was bought with either the KrisFlyer or Velocity number assigned while booking? Thanks
