Thanks for the tip, Wiz. I thought the Burge was delicious, although I think the best shiraz in my VM time was the Old Faithful from McLaren Vale, another of your tips. I will give the WineStar Burge a go. Is there a means of uncovering their specials akin to the VM engine?

I think the RSR is a fuller, stronger taste, although the Bos is also very nice. But I think the scuttlebutt is centred around the CW purchase of the Reschke brand, so encompassing all their labels. I'm not sure what to make of it. I have tried the 2012, 2014, 2015 RSRs and while I defer to the...

Are these packs good value? I don't have any storage so would be looking to sample some different cabernets (recognising they might improve with age) with a view to develop my palate.

I like the 2012. I have not drunk it side by side with the 2014 or 2015, which I have also enjoyed, but I think there is not much difference between them. I have read the caveats about storage tanks and trouble in the Reschke family too, but at the $22 per bottle it is being offered at present...

I got a six of this wine on yiur recommendation back when Chonka's magic code was doing the rounds. I'm no expert, but it is a lovely drop. I give it the wdge over the Sharktooth. Thanks for the tip.

I'd like to hear what the 2021 is like, too. The 2020 was a nice drop and often available at around $18.
