What’s the usual wait times on QFF points for Avis bookings to be credited? I had June and August bookings. On further reading, up to 8 weeks … makes June well and truly overdue.

Ahhh. I’m off the app now and on the laptop and can see I’m 3,130 points short at present to upgrade two seats. Looks like I’m going to need to buy some Qantas reds!

For both flights, for me at least, the points upgrade option is greyed out and says “unfortunately you are not eligible to request a points upgrade on this flight” 1727345401 Cheers - 23 Oct and 28 Oct

Evening all, I’ve got a Singapore return trip next month. Classic reward economy flights on QF37 & 36. Bronze (plus QC). Obviously can’t upgrade to business with points but can pay thru the nose with a bid via cash/cash points if I’m feeling daring. I am aware that this is not a sensibile...

New to Accor Plus Gold. Interesting reading here regarding upgrades provided as part of gold. One question I have is can an upgrade include access to an executive lounge or only relates to room type, not amenities.

I wish I’d checked out this forum before blindly signing up to stuff - I really don’t know how to maximise this stuff. I was on QFF fast track to Gold. Needed two nights and had them booked. Prior to said two nights I was seduced by the Accor Plus offer for Accor 4,000 points. Which ended up...

Tell me about the LoungeBuddy App. In App Store I can see a few lounge apps and an airport buddy app but not LoungeBuddy???

So BNE to HTI was cancelled today. Lowly Bronze with Qantas Club was successful with modest cash and points upgrade for 3pax to J. Of course with cancellation the new flight has us in Y. Fair enough that happens. What’s the recourse for reclaiming the points and $ now we are going Y … hopefully...

Some time ago I tried linking my QFF and Accor memberships and it didn’t work, just kept referring me to log in to the other depending on which account I was in but neither way worked. Looked more to be the Accor end than the Qantas end. Anyway in the act of doing...

Looks like this question has now been solved with Qantas updating the website - wonder if that explicitly rules out JL at Narita as an accessible lounge? Tokyo Narita - Aspire Swissport Lounge (Partner)...
