    seats.aero seat maps

We support BA for viewing seatmaps but not yet for viewing fare class availability. We’re working on expanding our coverage there. Let me know if we’re still missing any airports — we recently expanded our airport database which should help there.

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

Yeah, NordVPN is the cause. Unfortunately, their "threat protection" continues to block Seats.aero even when the VPN feature is disabled. You have to fully turn it off to get rid of their blocks. Very frustrating for us as there is no way to report a false positive on NordVPN's end!

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

We have had a few reports from people using VPN products like NordVPN that they get a blank screen lately. Not sure why they decided to ban us as we have not been able to get in touch with them. Do you use a VPN?

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

I added DUB/ADL for Qantas/Velocity/Aeroplan if that’s useful for you! You should be able to create alerts for it now. Generally we suggest creating alerts for the longest part of your journey, but this naturally can be pretty tricky for Australia->Europe so we can typically override and add a...

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

We don't mind if existing/lapsed users make a new account to take advantage of the Black Friday deal! You can just use a different email address/etc. It's just a bit difficult to support applying it to existing accounts in an economical way.

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

We do support live search for Pro users which can search any route combination, however this is currently disabled for Air Canada due to legal issues. Our status page shows a ⚡️ for the supported programs with this feature. You’ll also see the ⚡️ icon next to live search results in Search.

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

Since they don't provide us the seat counts, we're currently unable to do it for our cached results. If you are a Pro user doing live searches though (results with the ⚡), then we did recently begin passing the # of seats from your advanced filters to Qantas during the search, and it should...

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

Ah I see, I’ll have to check if we can push the date out farther for Qantas. We can’t use the multi-city tool for Seats.aero because you have to be logged in to use it. In general if you are booking right at schedule open I would generally just suggest using the airline site, since there will...

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

We search Qantas 353 days out, so 20th sounds about right. The Qantas website doesn’t seem to let me search any farther out than that, unless I’m missing something?

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

Definitely not monthly! If you are Pro user and create an alert for a specific date, we will update it more frequently, about every few hours. If it’s for a date range or any date, it will update around every day, but the timing can vary based on the mileage program and how far out the flight...

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

We do hope to add more alert filters in the future to support cases like this. For now, you can create alerts on Seats.aero for a specific partner program to get a similar result (i.e. create an alert on Qantas Frequent Flyer for Alaska). This way, the alert will only be triggered if a seat is...

Seats.aero - a useful tool for finding Qantas & Velocity reward availability

Hi all, I am the founder of Seats.aero. I just wanted to provide some context here and clarify that the Qantas and Air Canada websites allow anyone to search for award seats without logging in. We never log into these websites at all, much less with stolen credentials. I’m not aware of any award...
