There are empty seats but I don't see those when booking with Qantas. Also a lot of seats seem to be blocked or missing even. Could it help to call Qantas and sort it out with them, or is this wasted time?

Quick question: I am trying to book some rewards seats. I see that the Premium economy is 115700pts but when I select the flight it shows its 24300 for 2 people (121500pts). Where is this difference coming from? Could this come from the infant? Is there away to pay those taxes with cash?
