Awesome, thanks. For some reason the flight I want to book only comes up on KLM’s version of the website (and other skyteam partners), but not the Air France side. According to the call centre that’s (sort of?) normal but means they can’t make a booking for it!- 6d61726b

Amex "I'm going to cancel my card" - bonus points given thread.
FWIW another datapoint, I called up to cancel my platinum charge today with AF due in Feb. I cited the EK/SQ devaluations, as well as a bad experience I had with their travel insurance medical assistance. I've only been a customer for 12 months, and don't spend a huge amount, so wasn't expecting...- 6d61726b
