If you are a bronze FF, 80 hours before your flight time, they open the entire seating chart up to the rest of us to choose. So get in as soon as you can once it hits, so you can get a good seat if still available!

A question: Would a Bronze in Y+ be prioritised for an upgrade to J over a Gold in Y? Also, thanks to this place, I learned about the T-80 rule, and managed to snag 31A in PE for my flight, so even if I don't get the upgrade, at least I have a good seat in PE! ☺️

Flying 11 September on QF12 LAX to SYD PE, Bronze. Put in my classic upgrade request about 4 weeks ago. Expert Flyer is saying minimum 9 J seats available. I am hopeful!
