Note that as in normal in these promos that if you book online that you already get 15% off, and so it is the promo %-15% = Actual extra % off.

So if you book online it is effectively an extra 15% off in this case.

I was interested until I logged in and tried the route I wanted for 27 March 2016 and not one combination of flights was available in Saver. Not even waitlist.

Easter time would do that I am guessing. Pesky school holidays get in the way of award availability.

BKK-MNL? Plenty of revenue availability. Which reminds me I should book it before that disappears as well.

Yeah, I could not be any less interested in economy awards. Particularly with SQ's fuel fines.

I also found economy with SQ to be a pretty ordinary experience, even as a VA plat. The only reason I've subscribed to the KF forum is to learn more about SQ J/F redemptions, which by all accounts are worth the effort! Let's hope so.

Same here. SQ doesn't need to offer discounts on J/F but I would like to see offers on specific segments from time to time.

I also found economy with SQ to be a pretty ordinary experience, even as a VA plat. The only reason I've subscribed to the KF forum is to learn more about SQ J/F redemptions, which by all accounts are worth the effort! Let's hope so.

As an economy experience I've always found it to be pretty good, but it's so ordinary as a VA WP, compared to holding status with say, QF, and flying on EK. I find that frustrating.

J and F on SQ is well worth the effort though. Heck, SQ J is truly brilliant – and as I've said before, F is almost overkill considering the calibre of staff, hard and soft product particularly on SQ's long-haul J seats.

Sometime economy awards are good value.

To bring my wife over from Chiang Mai and back again it is ~AUD1200 or 46,750 Amex MR and ~AUD550. The revenue airfare is good for Virgin family pooling but only need so many SCs/year to maintain Gold.
