SQ Award Space - What happend?

Anyone notice something funny going on with SQ? MEL-SIN-HKG and also SYD. Everything on waitlist with only a tiny amount of Full available. Over the next two months this is.

I noticed there was limited business class award availability BNE-HKG in June next year on the red-eye BNE-SIN even though that particular flight had availability if booked with say BNE-CNX. I think some of the SYD-SIN also had issues.

I sent KrisFlyer an email and got back a reply there was a website glitch and they would be happy to book it for me over the phone via the call centre,

But I wanted to change one leg and have been checking daily and find that everything is either n/a or waitlisted or ridiculous amounts of points! It is disappointing as I was hoping also to book for next year but there is nothing showing whatever month I select.

I am having the same issue as well! Cannot seem to find any availability for MEL - any of European airports that SQ flies direct to.

Would the 'website glitch' be causing this?

I emailed Krisflyer and they just replied that redemptions book out early and that's that! No mention of a glitch to me.

I emailed them as well. Just waiting for a reply now. I tried some searches and it seems like MEL - SIN is usually 'waitlisted' and SIN - european ports have more availablities.

Does any one know of a more efficient search method than the current 'click on next day' to check availability?

Use the phone app and click the check box "my date are flexible" at the bottom of the departure date page

It's not great but it does let you check a whole week for saver fares availability

yeah not the best but it reduces a month search to 4 'clicks' instead of 30/31 days of next day clicks

The glitch is there when say BNE-SIN is not available as part of BNE-SIN-HKG but is available as part of BNE-SIN-CNX.

When I see that I just ring up the booking centre and they book it for me with the 15% discount.
