0% Balance transfers cards

Have been doing a bit of research on Credit cards that offer all the perks but can't really find a card that offers:

- 0% balance transfer (this is priority)
- Free first year fee (or cheap)
- Free sign up points (this is secondary)
- Points for QFF

The above combination sounds quite a challenge as most cards now do a promo for the points 2-4 from my above criteria. I guess you can't have everything for free. Does anyone know of a card that offers the above, or close? My top most priority is to get 0% balance transfer and I can't use Citi as I am intending to transfer my current balance on my Emirates card to a new card.

Be sure to check the terms and conditions. They won't give you the usual 45 days interest free period if you have an active balance transfer. Meaning you will be charged interest on purchase's as soon as you make them.
