This is Amex's mid-range Qantas card and has an annual fee of $249 and minimum income requirement of $40k pa.

The bonus points is currently at 40k for yourself (10k more than the standard 30k). I will get 30k points though it's probably worth waiting until more points are offered; I believe it was 75k when I applied a few months ago.
